There are two more days until Thanksgiving. That means two more days until most of America will settle down to lots of football and even more food. Enjoy your day, but try your best to not overeat, or you will regret it on Friday. Think moderation, and consider doing something active if the weather permits. If not, a walk on the treadmill or a ride on the bike may help keep you from adding a few extra pounds over the holiday.
